Named for those rare Alberta spots where the sky goes pitch black and the spruce tips hum in the cold. Dark Sky Preserve blends crisp Black Spruce and Fir Needle with six kinds of lavender — including a special high-altitude French variety that’s sweeter and almost citrusy on the nose.

Juniper and cypress add a dry forest edge, while a hint of bergamot lifts it all — like clean night air under a field of stars.
